Boarding pass printing

If you need to print your passport boarding pass we will deal with it and we can also deliver directly to you.

Extra Cleaning

At your disposal we have an extra cleaning service tailored to your requirements. The cleaning includes fresh towels and bed linen. (Prices defined for the apartment type)

Luggage storage

We have a office right in the city center, in Rossio, that is very well located right close to the metro and train station. You can leave your luggages all day. We only charge a little fee of 2,5€ per bag. All day / Price per luggage 2,5€

Shopping delivery

Upon your arrival we can contemplate you with some groceries chosen by you. We do our shopping in the grocery store and buy local products from portuguese brands.

Baby Friendly

The Lisbon Heart apartments are ready to welcome you and your family. Our apartments are spacious and they are all well equipped with kitchen facilities and baby equippement as a baby chair and baby coat. We also have a trustworthy friend who can baby-sit while you can go enjoy a nice portuguese dinner knowing your kids are in good hands.
