A House for those who want to enjoy every minute of Lisbon. Close to everything, right in the heart of the city. An old style apartment from the true Lisbon, very welcoming with all facilities available. The first thing that the people usually say is that it’s “a doll’s house” by the colorful decor.

The space
The house has 1 double bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds connecting to the living room and an interior bedroom (without windows, just a door) with a single bed, perfect for those with children. There is also a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom.
The apartment has all the household items available and you should and can use everything.
There is a balcony where you can observe one of the quietest streets in Lisbon, Rua da Condessa, and all its experience. It is a street with little traffic and therefore very quiet.
– The house is located in a very old building. Noise is not allowed during the night (10pm-8am);
– The apartment itself is old but clean, with everything you might need but old;
– One of the rooms is interior and inside the other is the simple room, perfect for children;
– Turn off the lights when you don’t need them and also the electrical devices;
– The heating should be on medium mode throughout the day so that you can expect a warm environment when you return home;
– Trash must be left outside in front of the building after 19:00 every day except Sundays;
